Beta Glass Appoints Timothy Ononiwu as Chief Financial Officer

Beta Glass Plc has announced the appointment of Mr. Timothy Ononiwu as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective 1 July 2026, following the resignation of Mrs. Helene Paradisi, who will remain with the Company through December 2026 to support a smooth leadership transition and selected strategic projects.

The Board expressed its sincere appreciation to Mrs. Paradisi for her dedication, leadership and valuable contributions to Beta Glass, recognising the important role she has played in the Company's growth and development. The Board also wished her continued success in her future endeavours.

Mr. Ononiwu brings more than 30 years of finance and business leadership experience across the energy and infrastructure sectors. Throughout his distinguished career, he has held senior leadership positions at BBVA Securities, Geometric Power Limited and Axxela Limited, where he played a key role in driving financial performance, strategic growth and operational excellence.
