This integrated approach delivers crated bottles directly to customer filling lines, eliminating double-handling and enhancing operational efficiencies.

Manufacturing Capabilities
Beta Glass’s manufacturing prowess spans two locations in Nigeria — Agbara, Ogun State, and Ughelli, Delta State. We proudly stand as the only glass container producer in Nigeria with multiple furnaces. This distinctive capability enables us to concurrently produce all three glass colors — White Flint, Amber, and Emerald Green — in separate facilities, increasing our flexibility with molds which can be transferred between furnaces and plant locations.
The completion of the furnace capacity expansion project is a testament to our commitment to advancement. This furnace comes with an additional production line, improvements to existing production lines, and incorporates the latest quality inspection equipment. These enhancements have further elevated operational efficiency, ensuring that Beta Glass continues to lead the way in glass container production.

Maximizing cullet utilization, prioritizing returnable glass bottles, and investing in state-of-the-art, energy-efficient technologies underscore our dedication.
