- Beta Glass has two plants with three furnaces providing a combined capacity of more than 720 tonnes of glass per day
- Located within the premises of each glass plant are crate production facilities with the combined capacity to produce more than 5.5 million crates per year
- One metal crowns production facility in Nigeria with a capacity of more than 3.2 billion crowns per year

Total recycling
- Cullet utilization maximized (use of recycled glass bottles).
- Majority of glass bottle production is for returnable glass bottles (with a lifetime of between 10 and 30 trips before being crushed and recycled).
